I am Richard Fein , the Principal and Consultant.  I have been in the Insurance Industry as a consulting actuary, audit support actuary, and research actuary, since 1972.  My work has covered loss reserve valuations, pricing, decision making, basic and excess pricing, model building, workers compensation, residual markets, operations and administration, data collection and compilation, consulting, auditing and financial reporting. 

I have appeared as an expert witness in  administrative, regulatory, legislative, arbitration and legal proceedings.

I have had diverse experience as the Chief Operating Officer of NCCI and the Managing Principal of PwC’s US actuarial practice.  I have managed consultancies and regional practices as well. 

I also have the training, experience and capability to talk with management at all levels, Boards, Regulators, both State and National and virtually all industry audiences.
